The Sound Lounge is our dedicated audiology room that enables patients to test out their hearing aids in a variety of scenarios. You can pretend you’re at a cocktail party, in the car, walking along a busy street or in a restaurant. It’s also an opportunity to see how the hearing aid is sitting, and whether we have achieved a placement that is both comfortable and discreet.
The Sound Lounge is just one of the ways that we set ourselves apart from the NHS or high street audiologists. It ensures that you get the most out of your hearing aid, by getting the fit and the settings just right before you go home. We take the time to ensure that our patients are completely comfortable with their new hearing aids, and it really makes a difference.

We use the Sound Lounge to recreate scenarios in which you might need or rely on your hearing aid. There’s a large screen television with surround sound, so you can get a complete picture of how everything’s working. We’ll tweak and fine tune your system until it’s perfect, and we’ve seen incredible results from changing the settings on hearing aids fitted elsewhere.
The Sound Lounge is an essential part of our hearing aid offering. It gives patients the confidence to wear their hearing aids out and about, knowing that they’ve been thoroughly tested.
