Following recently issued guidance from our professional bodies and in accordance with guidance from Gov.uk and Public Health England we are able to open our clinics for those in need of hearing care services.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR 2021
We continue to follow strict protocols to ensure that all our clinics are COVID safe, including limiting numbers of appointments to enable social distancing in waiting areas, COVID screening questions for all patients and visitors, enhanced cleaning and hygiene regimes between all appointments, the use of surgical facemasks for all clinical and non clinical staff.
We will offer remote services wherever possible such as postal hearing aid repairs and will be continuing with face to face appointments for the following services:
- Diagnostic Hearing Tests
- Vestibular (balance) tests
- Ear Wax Removal
- Hearing aid assessments
- Hearing aid fittings
- Hearing aid annual and 6 month checks
- Tinnitus Assessments
