A PERSONAL NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR 2021

Following the latest announcement of a national lockdown, I would just like to drop you a quick note to confirm that, as in the first lockdown, Audiology has been classified as an essential medical service and so we are able to remain open for those in need of hearing care and Audiology services.

 

We continue to follow strict protocols to ensure that all our clinics are COVID safe, including limiting numbers of appointments to enable social distancing in waiting areas, COVID screening questions for all patients and visitors, enhanced cleaning and hygiene regimes between all appointments, the use of surgical facemasks for all clinical and non clinical staff.

 

We will offer remote services wherever possible such as postal hearing aid repairs and will be continuing with face to face appointments for the following services

 

  • Diagnostic Hearing Tests
  • Vestibular (balance) tests
  • Ear Wax Removal
  • Hearing aid assessments
  • Hearing aid fittings
  • Hearing aid annual and 6 month checks
  • Tinnitus Assessments
